Elissa talks upcoming album

Lebanese singer Elissa is preparing her upcoming album, which she says will feature bold topics.

In a statement to “Al Ettihad” newspaper, Elissa explained she is no longer afraid of presenting bold topics, particularly after the success of her latest album “Tesaddak Be Meen” which was released in 2009.

She added she loves addressing strong and passionate women in her songs.

The star currently does not want to present any duets, stating her latest duet was “Jowa El Rouh” with Fadul Shaker.

She also says she won’t present Khaleeji songs, though she respects Khaleeji music.

Elissa’s music video “Tesaddak Be Meen” which she filmed in Beirut with director Emile Seliati will premiere soon.
